Who we are
FluentC translates websites, and is a product of Auxiliary Digital, St. Louis, Missouri. This policy covers this website, fluentc.io.
What we collect
This website doesn't require an account and doesn't host comments. The personal information we collect here is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), your site (optional), what you need help with, and the contents of your message.
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our workflow infrastructure. We don't sell or rent them, and we don't share them with third parties for marketing.
When you create a FluentC account or manage your translations, the dashboard collects the information it needs to run your account and service. That happens outside this website, and the dashboard will tell you what it collects where you sign up.
Cookies and analytics
When enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, how people move between them, and which actions (such as clicking "Connect your domain" or submitting the contact form) are completed. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as approximate location, device and browser information. We don't send it your name, email address or the contents of any form. You can read Google's privacy policy or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie and evaluate browser signals solely to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (bot protection), Google (analytics) and our email workflow provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to hear from us, at any time. Contact us through the contact form and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
